Course is finished

I drove across to Tynemouth this morning and stopped into the dive centre. I picked up a dry suit and drove across to the sports centre at Blyth. In the water, showed the instructor that I could actually demonstrate the skills required and then out again. I was at the pool for about a half an hour, tops.

Now I'll get a card from PADI saying that I can dive using a dry suit.

Like I stated in earlier posts, I don't believe I will be doing much diving in the winter in the UK. However, I could if I wanted to.

It was all over so quickly. I think I expected more fuss.

Do I go for an Advanced Open Water course next?
